Tell us about yourself?

I am a person that ever since I was a child, I have always been very restless, I have always felt a special curiosity about doing things differently, and looking for how to work with a team of people with communication skills can be the most effective thing in the world.

I have done sports all my life so I have always felt the satisfaction of progressing every day in any aspect, from my knowledge in technology, marketing, philosophy, etc. I am a believer that at the end of the day personal development is the number one priority in this life and when you manage to share that feeling with people, amazing things happen.

What do you think is the single biggest misconception people have when it comes to startups?

It is probably the fact that you are going to suffer more than usual, in any other job you suffer the same or more, even if you are looking for a traditional job you can probably suffer without realising it and it is the worst thing that can happen to you.

We all handle different skills and different passions, there are some people who like to be looking at numbers, other codes, design, etc. As long as you are aware that anything in life that is worthwhile is going to require effort and sacrifice, that you are really going to have to earn it, and no one else will do it for you, you will find a balance that will produce excitement and happiness at the end of the road.

If you could go back in time to any moment from your journey, and give yourself one tip, what would it be?

I think I have a long way to go and I will continue to stumble and learn a lot more. However, I would tell myself to start earlier, not to wait for me, and not to procrastinate, eventually, you realise why they say that time is the most valuable thing and you wish you had started earlier or done things faster. I think it would just be “the sooner the better”.

What makes you stand out as an entrepreneur?

The truth is that the main reason why I do things is not for money, my goal is to share my purpose in life with people who feel to be compatible looking for development together, life with technology has become very complex and stressful.

I think we should not be so hard on ourselves and always see how we can provide people with the technology tools that exist without having to learn absolutely everything, this is something that motivates me beyond anything, the tech industry carries a responsibility that is underestimated today, human life.

What are some of the best working habits you’ve gained over the past couple of years?

I do not sleep until I have learned something new that day. We also encourage reading, which increases our ability to understand today’s world, and I believe that exercise is part of the key to success; it is something I practice daily, as well as staying healthy and eating well every day.

If you maintain a state of balance, the security in your ideas increases and that leads to better execution in any aspect, apart from the leadership that has to serve as an example. I would not expect my team to make a greater effort than mine.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

The project is the product of an experience in my life and that of my partner, advertising has always been misunderstood as if there were only very subjective services that do not have an economic return, today marketing is seen as an easy career where you just have to learn to create a good design, which is not true, there is a great technical part that is key to carry out well so that advertising can generate a measurable result and can progress gradually.

The idea was born to offer a service that combines art and the technical part to generate an economic return, which later we want to become an automated “user-friendly” interface so that everyone can launch their campaigns without the need to have deep knowledge in the technical tools.

Where do you see your business in five years?

I envision it as a platform/company that will provide access to small and medium-sized companies to launch their own network advertising campaigns, with important partnerships and technologies to turn something complex into a practical solution, companies have to use their time to improve their product, we will give access to an advertising strategy validated by years of experience and insights that cost a lot of money to collect over time for them.

What do you think the biggest challenge will be for you in getting there?

The market is the biggest challenge, every day is more unpredictable and user behaviors change, our biggest challenge is to stay as updated as possible so that the campaigns really generate a positive result.

Talk to us about your biggest success story so far?

Our biggest success story is to keep all our customers with profits and constant growth gradually, there are few times that we do not meet customer expectations and besides, we have made their way of seeing the product change for the better, and they can have access to a better vision. The market has the last word at the end of the day as they are the ones who will decide if they consume all your product.

How do clients and customers find you? Are you much of a salesperson for yourself?

If there is something we are proud of, it is the attention we have with our clients, we always listen to them, we understand them and we try to find a solution as a team to any problem, our number one priority is to give the best possible experience to our clients from the moment they enter our portfolio.

And they have recognised it with very positive comments so far!

What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?

Don’t wait, do it, you will never be ready and time becomes a regret.

And finally, what do you hope the future brings both you personally, and your business?

I am satisfied with doing my best, leaving this short life without regret, having shared all my skills and spent all my effort in creating a better society and offering a tool that opens possibilities to others.

I hope I can fulfill my own expectations, which are simple but profound.
