Tell us about yourself?
Hello! I am Ezequiel Bucai from Córdoba Argentina. I studied Business Administration and in 2013, developed Clickypass, a network of more than 2,500 gyms located in 30 cities in Argentina, Mexico and Chile. Then Classpass, the US Unicorn, acquired Clickypass. Today, I´m the CEO of Wibond, a 100% flexible digital payment method to pay in installations and without a card.
Also, Soccer fan, vegetarian, World Cup lover and passionate about education and the challenges of entrepreneurship.
What do you think is the single biggest misconception people have when it comes to startups?
Believing that a good idea is enough to achieve a sustainable and successful business model. To be able to grow you need a lot of passion, a lot of work, to delegate, have a good work culture, understand the context and surround yourself with the right team to achieve the company goals.
If you could go back in time to any moment from your journey, and give yourself one tip, what would it be?
Trust in the process and enjoy the road with the certainty that what I am doing today will lead me to be a better leader and entrepreneur tomorrow.
What makes you stand out as an entrepreneur?
Been methodical, focused and tenacious to get results. In addition, having an interdisciplinary and creative perspective with the awareness of seeking solutions that improve people’s lives.
What are some of the best working habits you’ve gained over the past couple of years?
Flexibility to change and work systems with clear objectives that allow all areas and people in the company to have clarity and independence in their daily work.
Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?
We transform a painful process that deters 85% of people in Latin America from having a credit card into a simple financial transaction in a few steps.
We enable consumers who have never shopped online to acquire the goods they desire and pay in installments without the need for a bank account, a credit card or any other payment instrument.
Our vision is ambitious and we seek to promote trade in Latin America, a very complex region.
Where do you see your business in five years?
Honestly, at wibond we have the vision of providing financial access to all of Latin America. In practice, we do not work on goals greater than 6 months.
What do you think the biggest challenge will be for you in getting there?
Have the correct team and understand the functioning of the financial markets of the different countries.

Being close to users to understand their real needs and create solutions 100% personalized to their needs.
How do clients and customers find you? Are you much of a salesperson for yourself?
We have a plan that contains different acquisition and distribution channels: word of mouth, social media, google, merchants, email marketing and news media. Our merchants are very important because they increase their sales, that is why, they recommend Wibond as a payment method.
What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?
1. Listen to your audience. 2. Create a great team. 3. Build the product. This are my 3 principal ideas for a startup.

I would love to fulfill our purpose of provinding financial and digital access to millions of people in LatinAmerica.
