How did you end up as a CEO? What was your route to this position?

I am one of the co-founders

Why are you the right person to be the CEO of your company?

I have been an entrepreneur for over 15 years now and have hired more than 200 people during this journey. Together with that I was able to scale and sell two of my brands.

What gets you up in the morning?

To achieve more and to become more while providing the best to my family

Nobody, all by myself

What is the best or worst business advice you have received and from whom?

Don’t compare with your competitors, try to make your customers happy.

It was one of my mentors.”

If you could go back in time to when you were a teenager, what life advice would you give yourself?

Don’t work on dreams that are not yours.

What are the most important values you demonstrate as a leader?

Fairness, trustworthiness, discipline and respect

How can a leader fail?

By letting his/her ego to show off all the time

What does the next five years hold for you?

More smart work, more time with my family and more consulting
