I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of creativity and practicality that engineering offers. My background is in Chemical engineering. I wanted to build something that served a broader purpose; something that celebrated engineering as a discipline while also providing real value to professionals in the field.
The idea for Engineeringness came from a gap I noticed in the digital space. While there are countless platforms focused on general career advice or technical knowledge, there wasn’t a central hub that blended industry trends, technical insights, and a community-driven approach for engineers. I started Engineeringness to fill that void, focusing initially on content that demystified complex concepts and highlighted real-world applications of engineering principles.
Over time, it evolved. We began incorporating thought leadership pieces, offering resources for career growth, and creating opportunities for professionals to connect and collaborate. Months later, I received an email from an engineer who said the article inspired him to explore a similar project at his company, which eventually led to a pilot program.

Looking forward, where do you see Engineeringness in the next five years, and what challenges and opportunities lie ahead?
In the next five years, I envision Engineeringness becoming the go-to resource for engineers worldwide. We want to expand our offerings, from educational courses to tools that help professionals tackle specific technical challenges. We’re also exploring partnerships with universities and companies to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
The biggest challenge will be maintaining our authenticity and quality as we grow. There’s always a temptation to scale quickly, but we’re committed to doing it the right way. Opportunities, on the other hand, are abundant. The engineering world is constantly evolving, and with advancements like AI and renewable energy, there’s no shortage of topics to explore and communities to engage.
Ultimately, I see Engineeringness as more than a platform—it’s a movement. It’s about redefining how engineers connect, learn, and grow in a rapidly changing world.
