Tell us about yourself?

Following a 10-year medical career in which he specialized in kidney disease research, Dr. Rafeek Mikhail and his wife, Mary, founded CaMu Financial & Insurance Services, Inc. in 2006.

His medical methodology and philosophy followed him into his financial practice, and he now applies those skills in diagnosing clients’ financial situations and recommending courses of action.

The Mikhail’s serve clients in Southern California, but Dr. Mikhail has expanded his services to now work with financial professionals and financial marketing organizations across the country, serving as a mentor and advisor to other financial professionals.

His Life and Annuity Academy is a result of his passion for educating others, and he is committed to helping attendees build their insurance practices.

Insight into the influences behind the company the way you deal with your doctor about a health issue should be the same way you deal with your financial professional about all of your financial needs.

Where do you see your business in five years?

we see our business in the next five years a 5 times bigger and going more nationwide with the help of out intelligent staff

What do you think the biggest challenge will be for you in getting there?

We do not believe that much in challenge but we belove in a goal to set up and get it done no matter what challenges we will meet

Talk to us about your biggest success story so far?

Everyday we have a success story because everyday we meet challenges to the way to get our goal done

How do clients and customers find you? Are you much of a salesperson for yourself?

We have marketing going in all directions. We do not belove in using salesperson word but we believe in using an educator word instead. Society need to focus more on getting educated about everything they do in their lives

What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?

The most valuable and critical tip would be FOCUS ON YOUR COMPANY GOAL AND DO NOT TALK TOO MUCH ABOUT IT BUT NVEST THE EFFORT INTO PROUCTION

And finally, what do you hope the future brings both you personally, and your business?

Again, I do not hope or wish or dream but I set up a goal for my company and get it done. Dreams are dreams might and might not to happen but goals are goals and it will be reached if effort invested.
