How did you end up as a CEO? What was your route to this position?
We are a small team that decided democratically.
Why are you the right person to be the CEO of your company?
I think any of the three partners could do it. Maybe I’m not the best person to do it, but let’s just say I’m always making sure everything is running smoothly.
What gets you up in the morning?
I have a happy life. I like my job.
Who helped you get to where you are today?
Above all, the support of my family in starting this new business.
What is the best or worst business advice you have received and from whom?
The truth is that right now I don’t remember any advice that really stuck with me. I do read a lot of books for self-growth and entrepreneurs. If I had to choose one piece of advice: Be persistent, but don’t obsess. With time and doing things right, everything goes forward.
If you could go back in time to when you were a teenager, what life advice would you give yourself?
Probably, to start studying topics related to financial education and to start as soon as possible with internet business.
What are the most important values you demonstrate as a leader?
I think this needs to be said by my colleagues. I don’t think I should define my virtues.
How can a leader fail?
Being too visceral. I think you have to be cool and go by the data. Also, you should never stop studying and preparing.
What does the next five years hold for you?
“I look forward to an exponential and sustainable growth of our platform (professionally).
On the personal side, I am now going to have a second child. I hope life goes on as usual. I am lucky to be happy.”
