Since I was a kid I would destroy my toys to design and build things that 20 something years later people are just starting to develop.

Love predicting what will happen next and what solution we would need.

If I had the money to build my own workshop with all the tools imaginable, I would travel and invite some of the best minds to come together and build solutions with me that would truly change the world not just the talk the politicians talk.

I am super stubborn when I need to be but know when to shut up and listen to those wiser.

Pulling people up and giving everyone a chance to show their true strengths. I have no time for time wasters.

If you cannot do something just say you cannot do it. When I set my mind to something I get it done. Maybe not today or tomorrow but I will get it done and excel at it.

What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?

If you are married and have kids learn understand that you are about to take on a huge task and learn to balance life. If you cannot do that you are sure to fail.

And finally, what do you hope the future brings both you personally, and your business?

I grew up with money as a kid but went my way at a young age to earn my own money in order to build my own legacy. I would ask my father for money to buy a coke but he would always ask the same question. Is what you are buying necessary?

Write down everything you spend every week and bring me the change(If I got lucky). My father learned life the hard way and has been working since he was 9.

He became successful but I see a part of him in me. Its not about the money. My father never cared about the fancy things.

He always put his staff, family first and loved enjoying the small things in life. I love that. I never believe in giving up.

I hope the future surrounds me with positive energy and positive people. I hope it keep me, my family, my team, my work healthy and successful in all we do.

Remembering the importance of the small things that really matter. Life is about laughing, being surrounded by great company, its about giving and receiving.
