Tell us about yourself?

Co-founded & boot strapped LokiBots – a startup developing intelligent automation platform to automate repetitive office tasks with zero code.

It is a cloud native platform for empowering business users to automate business process using machine learning models with minimal dependency on the IT team.

Experience working in large enterprises in Silicon valley, California. Worked for Google, Cisco & ServiceNow. Experience working in large enterprises in India. Worked for CSC, Cognizant, HSBC & Dell.

What do you think is the single biggest misconception people have when it comes to startups?

There is a misconception that majority of startups fail. But, in reality, every startup help to strengthen & evolve the startup ecosystem. They may fail from the investor perspective in not generating the expected returns.

If you could go back in time to any moment from your journey, and give yourself one tip, what would it be?

Have an experienced GTM co-founder or advisor early in the startup journey. Deploy the solution to a customer sooner to get feedback and iterate.

What are some of the best working habits you’ve gained over the past couple of years?

Proactively learn skills, Be punctual and professional, Respect others, Admit mistakes, Communicate effectively.

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

Self-driving car projects are opening up new opportunities in the filed of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

There is a huge potential to adopt and re-use the efforts, learnings and knowledge gained from the Self-driving car projects to automate business processes.

Where do you see your business in five years?

We are targeting to onboard at least 1,000 customers in the next five years and automate at least 10 million man hours

What do you think the biggest challenge will be for you in getting there?

Fund raise to scale, Employee retention, Customer onboarding are the few biggest challenges we may face.

Talk to us about your biggest success story so far?

We onboarded a few enterprise customers and automated complex processes using LokiBots platform in a short time. Our proposal were evaluated against the top 2 RPA players in the market with $7 bn to $10 bn valuations.

Competing against big players and winning the customer order early in the startup journey validates the solution we are offering to address the problems of the customer.

How do clients and customers find you? Are you much of a salesperson for yourself?

We depend on our partner network to reach the customer. We have not invested yet on marketing and sales.

What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?

Do your duty, but do not concern yourself with the results. Results are not dependent only upon our efforts. A number of factors come into play in determining the results. If we become anxious for results, we will experience anxiety whenever they are not according to our expectations.

And finally, what do you hope the future brings both you personally, and your business?

Our vision is to play a meaningful role in the daily work life of millions of computer users across the globe by democratizing RPA & AI/ML. To make AI/ML universally accessible and useful to all computer users by automating mundane and repetitive computer tasks.
