Tell us about yourself?

I am a multi-company entrepreneur living in Miami. I’m currently focused in the EDM and Casino Gaming industries.

What do you think is the single biggest misconception people have when it comes to startups?

That being a founder and running a company is glorious. Learning how to grow companies and lead teams have been the biggest challenges of my life.

If you could go back in time to any moment from your journey, and give yourself one tip, what would it be?

The very beginning – my early 20s after college. Conditioning habits and rituals are the keys to guaranteed success.

What makes you stand out as an entrepreneur?

My diversity of interests and obsession with embodiment over outcomes.

What are some of the best working habits you’ve gained over the past couple of years?

Personal and team review questions.

Getting around other incredible entrepreneurs and leaders.

Meditating.

Setting targets intangible and non-tangible categories (emotions/states of being).

Give us a bit of an insight into the influences behind the company?

Innovation and systems specificity. In our industry, clients are used to making lots of money so they have been negligent to measure and optimise their machine and human operations.

Where do you see your business in five years?

Being the operation systems provider for all of the top global gaming conglomerates. Giving executives and Operators 10x more clarity and control of their on-floor operations.

What do you think the biggest challenge will be for you in getting there?

Speed of adoption. Scaling in a healthy way that allows our company, teams, and products to grow comfortably.

Talk to us about your biggest success story so far?

We’ve developed ancillary products that are about to change the game in the management of machines in relation to Human Resources and Marketing Initiatives.

How do clients and customers find you? Are you much of a salesperson for yourself?

Organic. Word of mouth. I consider my skill to be finding the client’s needs and aligning to that, if possible.

What one tip would you give to fellow startup founders?

Invest in education. Create bulletproof habits. They are two tips that are both are pivotal for me.

And finally, what do you hope the future brings both you personally, and your business?

More peace and flow while scaling. Incredible team members that feel like family.
